When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect:

- The type of shoot you're interested in
- An approximate date and any additional details you provide
We do not collect payment information, identity numbers, or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to provide availability, pricing, and to arrange a shoot. We do not store enquiry data in a database; it is delivered directly to our inbox at bookings@primepixelsmedia.co.za.
Who we share it with
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form emails. Resend processes your data as a data operator on our behalf. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to manage your booking or enquiry. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to the processing of your information
